Why invest in Paiva - Pernambuco (Brazil)?
There are so many reasons to invest in Brazil, and especially in Paiva near Recife, that space is becoming scarce:
- Diversification of your assets outside the Eurozone
- A safe haven currency in case of future anticipated depreciation against the Euro
- High appreciation in value and rental income is expected
- High-quality construction with the highest standards
- Legal certainty
- Favorable purchase prices starting at €100,000
- Low down payment and low monthly payments until completion when buying directly from the developer
- Good flight connections to Europe/Germany
- An investor visa for Brazil is possible with a real estate investment of R$750,000 or more (Northeast). -> A future outside of Europe and other crisis zones...
- The world's largest Catholic country with shared fundamental values
- Warm-hearted people in a natural paradise you'll never want to leave
- Pleasant, warm climate with plenty of sunshine and blue skies
Highlights
We also invested there
The first time we visited the Paiva Peninsula south of Recife, we were impressed by the nature, the vegetation, and the magnificent sandy beach with its natural swimming pools. We were very surprised to discover that such a natural paradise existed just 30 minutes from the international airport. We became very interested in this piece of paradise and learned that it is probably the only urban area in Brazil with an ecologically sound development plan, which is being implemented slowly over many years with careful consideration for the rainforest and nature. The peninsula is connected to the metropolis by a private road, so you can also reach the capital, Recife, very quickly. When we received an affordable offer from a developer for a planned apartment there during the project phase, we bought it in 2020. Today, we are happy to be able to spend our winters in this wonderful paradise. Because of the poor economic outlook in Germany and the Eurozone, the looming devaluation of the euro, and the many crises in the world that could have a particularly negative impact on Europe, we can sleep soundly today thanks to our investment in Paiva at that time.
We would like to share this experience.
